We have a huge list of items and services that are included to ensure your day is perfect.

  • Bespoke Top Table

    Our bespoke top table, set in The Forest Room, seating up to 8 guests along with your choice of chair. Our impressive and grand driftwood throne style chairs add rustic splendour to the top table.

  • Ceremony Location

    The choice of 5 indoor/outdoor ceremony areas with the option to choose nearer the time, weather permitting.

  • The Grounds

    A vast outdoor space with picturesque pond, cheeky alpacas and meadows, the perfect space for outdoor lawn games and wedding photos. Including rustic swings!

  • Cake Table

    Rustic wooden table to be used for wedding cake display, dessert table or sweetie table.

  • The Oaks Bar

    The double sided fully licensed bar.

  • Exclusivity

    Exclusive use of The Oaks. We don’t have multiple events in a day. The venue and the rear grounds are yours.

  • Post Pox

    Rustic black antique wedding post box for your guests to post cards within.

  • Decor

    All chairs, outdoor sofa, cushions, blankets, atmospheric twinkly fairy lights and green foliage walls scattered throughout the venue. All décor placed around the building, glassware, crockery, plates.

  • Log Burner

    Large feature log burner, attended to by The Oaks staff throughout your wedding day.

  • Display Easel

    Rustic display easel to place your own sign upon.

  • Itinerary Run Through Meeting

    One month prior to your wedding day. This gives both our couples and The Oaks team the perfect opportunity to do a complete run through of your day/timings/suppliers and gather all information needed to ensure your day is perfection.

  • Payment Plan

    The Oaks team will create a clear and manageable payment plan. Breaking your total amount into smaller sums is a very popular option. The full amount to be paid 4 weeks before your wedding date.

  • Reception Table

    Large rustic table in reception area to place welcome signs, guest book, confetti upon.

  • Event Manager

    A dedicated event manager and wedding planner/coordinator to help create your perfect day.

  • Rustic Swings

    Our iconic rustic swings are located at the front and rear of the barn.

  • Rustic Carts

    The use of our two beautiful movable rustic carts. Both a different size, they are perfect for displaying décor, self serve sweetie jars, photo frames of loved ones etc.

  • Rustic Barrels

    The use of four large rustic barrels to place décor upon.
