The Secret Garden Wedding Fayre
On March 20th, we were thrilled to host our very first Wedding Fayre here at The Oaks. We welcomed a selection of our recommended suppliers and local independent weddings brands to showcase their talents at our rustic barn, which was gloriously decked out to the theme of The Secret Garden. Ivy grew up the stair bannisters, the goody bags were blooming and our extremely talented florists were let loose on creating the most spectacular table décor.
The showstopper top table and newly renovated civil ceremony Log Barn room were gloriously decorated by Olive and Bloom. Along with their beautiful dusty pink balloon arch around the barn entrance. Our wonderful caterers supplied delicious food to guests throughout the day and also laid the tables to show how the room would look on your big day, complete with examples of crockery, cutlery and glassware.
Excitement loomed throughout the first hour of the day as we eagerly awaited a visitor to find the golden ticket in their goody bag. I’m not sure who was more excited when it finally surfaced, The Oaks team or the guest who pulled it out of the bag!?!
Each exhibitor supplied unique and inspirational wedding ideas to help our guests create a wedding day to remember. We look forwards to hosting many more wedding fayres and are already deciding what the next theme will be!
